Return of products within 14 days (withdrawal from the contract)
The ordered product did not meet your expectations? You can return the purchased products without giving any reason up to 14 days from the date of delivery.
Report the return on your account after logging in. In the case of purchase without registration, before you do so, you must report it -->here.
Secure the goods and pack them into a properly prepared package. Stick a label on it and address the package to the following address:

Send the package by courier or post, keep the proof of postage and await a refund. After the shipment arrives, you will immediately receive a refund to your bank account or payment card.
You can check the status of the refund in your account or in the e-mail received when reporting the return of products purchased without registration.
Important information.
The product you send back must be complete - in its original packaging with all its contents.
If you are sending the return in the package in which the order was received - remove the old label and stick the return label.
If you are returning more than one product, you can put them all in one package.
We do not accept COD shipments.
The possibility of a 14-day return applies only to Consumers or Individual Entrepreneurs. This means that when you buy a product for company use, you will not be able to take advantage of the 14-day return.
Non-returnable products
Hygiene products - delivered in a sealed package that has been opened (they cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons - e.g. shavers, Depilators, dryers, straighteners, etc.).
Digital products - not saved on a tangible medium and activated after purchase (e.g. computer games, software, movies, music, etc.)
Multimedia product - delivered in a sealed package that has been opened (e.g. sound or visual recordings, computer programs, etc.).
